Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Cinematographer: Knowledge of camera equipment and lighting; skills in visual storytelling and composition; ability to collaborate with the director.
Camera Operator: Knowledge of camera operation and techniques; skills in focus and framing; ability to follow directions.
Gaffer: Knowledge of lighting techniques and electrical systems; skills in problem-solving and team management; ability to work under pressure.
Grip: Knowledge of rigging and safety protocols; skills in physical strength and coordination; ability to set up and dismantle equipment efficiently.
